Earbud Yo-Yo by Julie Johnson Barkley
Earbud Yo-Yo by Covington Creations and interviewed at CES 2009 by Explore World TV.
Everyone has and needs earbuds for all of their electronic devices but keeping them from getting tangled up in a hassle in of itself. So since you need earbuds it only seems fitting that you also need an Earbud Yo-Yo. Why something like this isn’t sold with higher-end electronics like the iPod and like gagdets is unraveling.

Earbud Yo-Yo was created by Julie Johnson Barkley, who formed Covington Creations, LLC. Julie Barkley was interviewed at the Consumer Electronics Show 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada with the Earbud Yo-Yo. The Earbud Yo-Yo is a small device... that organizes your earbuds (earbuds from an MP3 Player, iPod, cellular phone, voice recorder, etc.) and keeps them from getting tangled everytime you stick them in your pocket or bag. Simply wind up your earbuds and go!
Below are some of the designs that are available. And for our viewers out there we have some of the Earbud Yo-Yo’s to giveaway. Simple email us ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and provide the answer to the following question, we will then pick the winners and contact them via email. The question you need to answer is, How do you open the earbud yo-yo and wind up your earbuds? Deadline is August 31st, 2009. One entry per participant. Winners will be notified by email.
